All orders are custom and therefore non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping. Beloved Designs is not responsible for damages due to customer care or installation/moving of said items. Clients have 10 days upon the completion of their order to pay the remaining balance; if the order is not paid, the deposit will be forfeit and the item will be resold. Beloved Designs will not hold/store items due to non-payment. Items held with permission will be subject to a $20 a day storage fee for every day past the agreed upon date. Wood is a natural material, and as such, is subject to slight checking, cracking and movement. Beloved Designs only uses kiln dried materials, which minimizes the chances of this occurring, however it is not considered a defect in craftsmanship and Beloved Designs cannot be held responsible for these naturally occurring events.

Beloved Designs offers free local delivery and set up (Macon, Jackson, Haywood NC Counties). When an order is placed, a shipping estimate will be provided, however this is subject to change based upon current rates. Upon completion, an actual shipping rate will be provided. Delivery/set up outside of this radius is available for an extra fee. Smaller items may be shipped via USPS, the current rates will be available at checkout.
